Returns & Exchanges

Nepenthes America accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and select limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra buttons, and dust bags are included in the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package and ship it using a trackable carrier of your choice to our New York warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
